Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your activity. You will only receive notifications for events related to your teams.
Opting out: You can manage your notification preferences in your account settings at any time. You may choose to receive notifications via email only, SMS only, both, or none. Reply STOP to any SMS message to opt out of text notifications. Standard message and data rates may apply.

When creating tournaments or tryouts on the Service, you agree to:
GameDay Finder is not responsible for disputes between tournament organizers and participants. We provide the platform but do not guarantee the quality or execution of any events.
We aggregate publicly available tournament information from third-party sources (such as NCS, Perfect Game, Triple Crown, and others) to provide a comprehensive tournament directory. Regarding these external listings:

We may display publicly available team information to help users discover teams. These "unclaimed" team listings:
If you claim a team, you represent that you have the authority to manage that team's presence on the platform.

Users may invite others to join the Service through referral links. By participating in the referral program, you agree to invite only people you know and to not use spam or deceptive practices to generate referrals.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our permission.
The Service integrates with third-party services including payment processors (Stripe), mapping services (Google Maps), and AI services (Anthropic). Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party services.
Some information on the Service may be processed or enhanced using artificial intelligence, including tournament descriptions and data normalization. While we strive for accuracy, AI-processed content may contain errors. Always verify important details independently.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GAMEDAY FINDER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR SERVICE INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY ISSUES ARISING FROM TOURNAMENTS, GAMES, OR OTHER EVENTS COORDINATED THROUGH THE PLATFORM.
You agree to indemnify and hold GameDay Finder harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any rights of another party, or any events you organize through the platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature.
